Terms of Service

1. General Terms

By using ShopIt, you agree to these terms of service. ShopIt provides an e-commerce platform that allows sellers to create online stores, buyers to purchase products, and couriers to deliver orders.

2. Seller Terms

As a seller, you agree to provide accurate product information, fulfill orders promptly, and comply with all applicable laws. ShopIt charges a 10% commission on each sale, which is deducted from your earnings.

3. Buyer Terms

As a buyer, you agree to provide accurate delivery information and complete payment for orders. Product quality and descriptions are the responsibility of individual sellers.

4. Courier Terms

As a courier, you agree to deliver orders safely and on time. Couriers receive 80% of the delivery fee for each completed delivery.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Sellers can withdraw their earnings once the minimum withdrawal amount of 20 GEL is reached.

6. Liability

ShopIt acts as a platform connecting buyers, sellers, and couriers. We are not responsible for the quality of products, delivery issues between parties, or disputes arising from transactions.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
